Project Overview
Continuing our partnership with The Culinary Edge to launch their next virtual brand, Starbird Salads. The entire brand is digital only and was created to allow their customers to order from their restaurants using third-party apps only. The goal of this engagement was to create a digital identity that is an offshoot from their parent brand, Starbird Chicken.

The work is ongoing as they have planned to expand the brand and website.

The Process

We explored a few variations before honing down on the visual direction and the site architecture. The site is an offshoot of their parent brand, Starbird Chicken. We wanted to include similar UX patterns from the parent site, but also give it its own personality. Starbird Salads' brand exudes fun and playfulness, so we threw in a mix of micro-interactions and UX enhancements to continue to further those traits. We successfully launched in August 2020, and will continue to support the Starbird team on post-launch enhancements and future collaboration.
